A.K.A. (or "Also Known As) Kitchen is the representation of everything that was once traditional, morphed into something new.
We believe in a fresh approach in everything we do. From our 'hot take' on classic menu items to our building that was once the iconic Adelita's Mexican restaurant and even our locally sourced food vendors - our goal is to bring you an elevated yet approachable dining experience to the Downtown Loveland Community.
We're proud to be known as one of Downtown Loveland's top-rated restaurants for bottomless mimosa brunches, and elevated evening eateries, offering only the freshest of ingredients from locally and ethically sourced vendors.
Our talented chefs take classic recipes and add their own modern flair, creating dishes that are both familiar and unexpected. Whether you're in the mood for a comforting classic or a decadent delight, we've got something for everyone. A.K.A. Kitchen is a family-owned and operated restaurant that our we started as a passion project, but has grown to be so much more.
Founded in July of 2018, A.K.A. Kitchen: Julie Shaffer (Owner), Evan Shaffer (Head Chef), Bob Shaffer (Associate Brewer) and Jenna Shaffer (Marketing Manager) has became so much more than a "restaurant" to us.
From our INCREDIBLE staff and management, to our loyal patrons and steadfast vendors - this community has grown to be one that we love and cherish. You ARE our family.
We appreciate everyone for their support and unwavering love surrounding our establishment as we grow and learn, everyday. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, for being a part of something greater than ourselves and as we navigate through the uncertainty of the next few months.
